In that case, you go coach a team, clap your hands and say "good job, let's get back on D" and "stay hungry". See how that pans out. Don't undervalue coaches. Most of the time, coaching is done in training camp and practices. You also have to have respect from your players for them to at least play for you and those motivational speeches, so Mark Jackson's respect was already implied in that. The Warriors players also didn't want to see him go. If that's not respect, idk what is.
