2014 NIKE FREE 5.0 & FLYKNIT FREE 4/1/14

@MD177  when you said you went size 10 is that your true?  Thanks in advance
yes. although for some reason I like the fit of 9.5 in Racers, that I wear casually most of the time. I normally run with Lunar1/2 and Lunarglide5 and all of them are size 10. need a little extra room in there when running. don't wanna get blisters or bruises from rubbing.

Thanks -- and no doubt important to have that extra room especially since your feet swell a bit.  I probably won't do much running in these frees.  Probably some plyo type workouts though

yeah, same here. will be using these casually like the Racers. I need more cushioning when I run and the Lunar1/2 & LG5 do a great job. the FreeFlyknit design and weaving is a vast improvement from the v.1. I have a feeling the mc's aren't the only cw I'm copping.

Just copped my 12 in the MC's from RW for 118 shipped and should be at my door tomorrow.

Cant wait to lace em up :smokin

so glad Nike decided to lower the price to $120. that's a lot more manageable than $150 when the v.1 came out last year. to those that get them from the box stores today, please let us know if you are experiencing the "collapse" heel I experience with the Free5.0 (pic on previous page)

Thanks

I would imagine the heel and upper support to be nothing substantial, essentially the same as past flyknit shoes, but I will defer to someone who has them in hand.

I'll be beating mine in the gym later, I'll let you know how they are.

Off bat, they feel to run bigger than last years.

yes, I agree that they run bigger than last year's. reason why I didn't pick up any of last year's model. even with a 10.5, the ankle area was still snug.

Me too, I have a final then im off to Finish line to get my pair. Theyll be my gym shoes for the night.

They fit bigger in the toe box area tho, which I was NOT expecting.

The rest of the pairs I will be buying will be a half down (11.5).

I prefer a snug feel, these 12s fit good..

But I want a snug fitting shoe for the gym, not casual wear little loose feeling.
