got this colorway for $50 DS on ebay in 03... for some reason, I only wore them twice then gave them to my dad. then again, my dad beats me for shoes sometimes which is cool.

Now if only I had a nicely done retro of these in the near future. Wore these on first day school my junior year, with a yellow boss shirt, and some black Nike swish pants. Rockin them like LL with one leg up. DAMN that was a good year.

I'm Too Geeked! Had the Black/White pair back in 7th & 8th Grade and will have them again this time around. Let's just pray they stick w/ the reasonable retail of $125...

I would easily buy those vindicates if they were done like the OG. there's a few things you have to get right on that shoe or it won't turn out good. those pro strong a few years ago were a joke.
as for these, It will depend on the price for me. I'm assuming 150-160
I would like a pair of the white/light blue but we will see. the black aren't bad either

because they were done tastefully once upon a time. most of them are not just some knockoff/mashup of exact parts of other jordans, coupled with wacky colorways. most take slight hints from a shoe to add to a completely different design. anyone remember those ones that was half 1 color half another color? I loved seeing those on the court back in AAU and stuff. I think they came with a bag and flip flops too i always forget the name but I would cop a white/red and black/red of those easily if they were done right.

I couldn't be more pumped for these. I wasn't able to get them in grade school, won't miss out this time. Give me the white/black as well and I'm all good.

they were definitely tastefully done, were not a mashup of X number of jordans, and were before JB because a full out brand like Nike and Reebok are.

nice I wore these back in 97 in high school jv bball team. Switching to black laces really changed the whole look of these, you would swear they were 12's

That's what I was thinking too. Good friend of mine had the black ones my senior year of high school and I remember he played in them a ton. Glad to see them releasing again.
