2014 NFL Draft Thread

I saw the top 10 of his mock draft on FB... Can someone explain to me how drafting a WR at No.5 would fix any of the major holes that the Oakland Raiders have?

I mean.. Al Davis still alive or something? (rip...)

Don't get that at all. I know Sam Watkins has great potential but Raider fans... You guys really want a WR as you're first pick especially when Teddy might still be available?

Calvin Pryor for the Packers, and Roby for the Chargers?

I can dig that. :pimp:

Both teams desperately need to improve their secondary.

As long as ATL picks up Barr or Clowney, Ill be happy. We can address the o-line in the second round and maybe get an RB in the third.

Mel Kiper done lost his damn mind. I don't think Bridgewater is the next Peyton but there's no way all those QB needy teams are passing on him. We also don't run a 3-4 and have the best 4-3 OLB in the game...don't think we're taking Mack at 7.

I'm a big UL fan, if Teddy isn't taken number 1 huge mistake. Our OC didn't let him throw as much as the fans would of liked. He did for the Miami game & look at the results.

The rams could take Teddy as well.
If this happens, the Rams essentially traded RGIII for:

Teddy Bridgewater
Michael Brockers
Isaiah Pead
Janoris Jenkins
Alec Ogletree
Stedman Bailey
Zac Stacy

Washington.

although, if that scenario worked like that, i'd prefer we trade with cleveland obviously and get johnny at 4, but who knows

I think drafting a pass rusher is important, but protecting our $100 million quarterback is more pressing to me. As long as we get a solid guy for both spots I'm happy either way. The fan in me wants us to sign Greg Hardy

Rams shouldn't take ANOTHER WR.

They need OL help.

QB / OL = profit

I read an article that said even though they were playing musical chairs on that oline, they were a top 10 unit for much of the year.

Lemme see if I can find it. Def. could see them drafting an o-lineman simply because of the division they play in.

Hell no. I'd take Teddy in a heartbeat
