They beat us at home when he threw 4 picks, so I'm not sure that quote from the F.O. is accurate
That said I don't see them reaching for a QB unless someone really special slips down to them (totally unlikely). I think they take another O-lineman.
With the line strengthened and Ellington getting carries they're good enough to win games with only modest production from Palmer. And Arians is smart enough to get that out of him.
