too many picks and not enough roster spots. expecting a trade or two in the draft.

How do teams get compensatory picks? And how is the order determined. I know it's from trades but they always leave from what year they got it
For some odd reason when I seen this I thought it said trade back, why trade upAtlanta Falcons are open to trading up in draft, per league sources. Falcons are first team known to be willing to go up.

One of the deepest drafts in prolly the last ten years and TD is looking to trade up

no way all that happens, I don't think our GM is that desperate to move up. If he is, this'll be his last draft as a GM
If they do things my way we'll stay put or trade back and acquire more picksOakland will trade with you for the right price...
I think if they can get Mack, Clowney or Robinson at 6 then you jump on that, wouldn't want to risk losing them to TB who picks right after. I would like for them to trade back and take Lewan and then maybe get an additional 2nd or 3rd
If Watkins falls you won't have to worry about those 3.
I wish we could for the same exact reasons but if Julio can stay healthy IMO he's a top 3 WR. No need to pass on much bigger needs but I can't say if I was a GM and he was there it wouldn't be temptingI'm actually scared that ya would draft him, Roddy getting old and Julio being hurt so much. If that happens I'm throwing my TV out the window
Looks like the Minnesota Vikings may ultimatley pass on drafting Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel. It appears that he simply isn't grown up enough to handle the NFL.
As with many teams assessment of Manziel, the Vikings list the star college QB's maturity at the top of their concerns, a big red flag for a young man entering the pros.
"It's still going to come down to how we feel about how he's going to be in the locker room, what kind of person he's going to be, what kind of leader, and then go from there," Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said, according to twincities.com.
