If draft was today the Vikings would have the second pick. Anthony Barr in the first and Q in the second. Should be plenty of options.

I agree Champ. Clowney and Floyd as the cornerstones of a D-Line is a great start (If Floyd pans out). But I also really love Barr's athleticism. Provides immediate playmaking ability all over the field.
Looking at these quarterbacks right now, I don't trust Mariota with a top 5 pick so unless it's Teddy then it's probably not worth it. Considering their defensive needs, they can still settle on Mettenberger in the 2nd or even possibly Hundley all while upgrading the D instantly.
Barr or Clowney and Mettenberger would be a great start to the draft.

I like Manziel and Murray as well, but the Vikings can't afford to gamble and lose.

And I think hundley is gone.. Wasn't he meeting with jay-z's group already?
His stock might take a hit with the mobile guys underperforming a little now.. But come combine time, teams won't be able to help themselves.. Especially if bridgewater and mariota go 1-2

I don't know much at all about Carr. My main concern is that I don't trust the Vikings front office and coaches know how to evaluate the QB position properly and it can't be stressed enough that with an in-his-prim AP, they need need need to hit on the quarterback this year.

^ me either (on the lack of knowledge on Carr.. Not the vikes front office) But I keep seeing his name thrown in the 1st round in a couple of mocks.. Or people have him rated in the top 30 prospects

ASJ is taking a bit of a hit is what I've read/heard.
People love his skills, but question some of his "get openness". Amaro, Ebron have passed him at this point.
Maybe he changes that at combine, Iono.

Jace has officially jumped ASJ. Scouts are falling in love. He's pretty much made up his mind to enter the Draft. I even like Amaro over Ebron, but that's just me. Know it will be an unpopular opinion.
