I'm not defending these cowards who did this atrocious attack but to use them as the basis of whether an ENTIRE religion is violent when there are literally over a BILLION Muslims in the world who are in fact peaceful and face discrimination from other segments of the world is a prettttttttty illogical leap and extremely ignorant/dumb.

Like if I took a picture of a stray dog biting a person and then proceeded to claim ALL dogs are killing machines and not worth keeping as pets would that be a fair assertion to make? C'mon man.

You honestly think the Crusades was about religion? Or what Al-Shabab did or what Al-Qaeda does is about religion? It's all a guise for some political or economic agenda they are trying to achieve. There is so much damn politics and history involved that to just say they killed in the name of Jesus or Allah would be naive. At the end of the day, it is about instilling fear in the masses in order to take territory and make money. Plain and simple. And there is no easier way to do it than to kill in the name of religion.

Have you actually read the bible many heinous acts including slavery, genocides and the crusades were committed in the name of Christianrmity. The Christian arrogance in this issue is hilarious, historically Christians have been no better or worse than Muslims.
 
Man this is crazy, as a Kenyan this is so sad to see. I was just there last winter and i usually go to Westgate Mall on the weekends. These terrorist are not Muslims.
 
Violence is a natural born human characteristic w/ no religious ties.

Believe it or not the Iraq war is seen as terrorism to many nations. That killed 10 fold more than terrorists who happen to Muslims did

I have heard of the crusades. I mentioned them in my other post. But live in the present. You're bringing up something from back during the medieval ages. More egregious things have been around in just the last 50 years (ie. segregation and civil inequality).
