Magic make a big jump. (even tho really they are probably one more lottery pick away from a Thunder like come up)

Nets coast regular season, but get pesky in postseason.

Heat are great, they just hit the wall when that 4th long playoff run hits and only 1-2 guys have the legs for it.

76ers tank on tank on tank on tank. 10 wins, maybe.

If Greg Oden plays before Rose, I'm burning the internet to the ground.

The Pacers make the Finals, and win. Over Golden State. No one will know about it tho, cuz no one will watch.
But really, it would be a tremendous series with lots of your talent out there.

Barnes or Klay plus Lee will be traded for Love or LMA.

Sixers will somehow not end up with the worst record in the league.

Cavs make the playoffs.

MIP needs some tuning. Didn't agree with Paul George winning it...and wouldn't agree with Drummond winning it.

Aren't players SUPPOSED to improve during their first years in the NBA?

What?

So LeBron shouldn't win MVP because he's SUPPOSED to be the best, most valuable, player in the league?

Dwight can't win DPOY because he's SUPPOSED to be a great Defender?

The #1 Pick each year shouldn't win ROY because he's SUPPOSED to be the best rookie?

Some of the **** you ****** say is astonishing. :smh:

You must be kinda slow.

That nonsense you uttered and what I'm saying don't even parallel.

My point is...young LOTTERY PICKS...typically go an upward trajectory in their development in their first few years. For example...Paul George made a leap from year 1 to year 2...then from year 2 to year 3. That's not a huge surprise. Same with Kevin Love.

Previous MIPs such as Gilbert Arenas, Monta Ellis, Grant Hill (after coming back from missing full seasons), Ryan Anderson, etc. embody what the award SHOULD be to me. Those were players that really did make tremendous leaps in their games from the previous seasons which weren't necessarily expected.

How you thought you were countering what I said with...whatever the hell point you were trying to make is what's astonishing.

How many young players actually make that great improvement? I understand from your previous posts that you struggle with simple concepts but I'm amazed that you don't understand that young player making a big inprovement is....improving.

You want to make it the "surprise player of the year award". A player improving his game, no matter what people 'expect' of him, is still a player improving. If you go through the history of lottery picks I guarantee there are more players that don't make that leap than players that do. You want to discredit players for reaching their potential for som reason

I hope you can muster up some sense to understand the concept of the award.
