So im getting all 4 of my wisdoms pulled on Monday...

Internet articles never do justice, so I wanted to get stories from the NT fam that's had them pulled also.

Recovery length? Foods to avoid?

Pulled or cut out?

Avoid straws at all costs and RINSE YOUR MOUTH AND GUMS OFTEN.

Your mouth will smell like rotting food if you don't.

If you doped up right, you'll be good (during the process). The pressure of the deconstruction they do is just annoying af. The reeaalll issue (for me at least ) is when you done at the dentist. That whole, numb tingly face feelin is bareable, as the caine leave your system. Suicidal thoughts may creep in tho. You gonna have a mouth full of bloody gauze and thread. You gotta change em out (gauze) every now n them. Eating (if thats what you wanna call it) is thhheeeeee worst. You gonna get your smooth and shakes on foreal forreal. You gonna seriously gonna be missing the solid joints you usually bust dwn without thinking. You gonna have to spit frequently, unless you like swallowin the bloody plasma juice. Pain wise, they give you pillz, but depending on your threshold, it'll be up to you to take em (or sell to the fiends). I've gone without ($). Your stomach gone hate you for bout 3 days, give or take, but you'll live. I believe Ive covered everything.

It ain't too bad, got all four removed 5yrs ago...as long as you got painkillers you good. Mouth bled like crazy tho...sleep and netflix bruh :smokin

Pain is going to depend on the angle the wisdom teeth are in. If they're facing any direction besides upright, it's going to hurt.

Luckily for me, I never developed bottom wisdom teeth and my tips were facing upright. I just had local anesthesia and didn't even use the vicodin I was prescribed (still got them tho).

Eat soft foods (Idaho mashed potato packs came in clutch) and don't drink out of a straw. Also, when drinking out of a bottle, just pour the drink in your mouth.

If you're a weed smoker, make sure to stick to edibles and gravity bongs.  Don't wanna end up with dry socket.

Had all 4 removed as well, try to Request sweet air over Novocain so you're knocked out during the process

Waking up you'll feel fine, maybe a little drunk, an you can pop pills by the time you get home

I felt sore for about 2days, then just a little grossed out by the lack of being able to clean as well, and the biodegradable (or w/e they're called) stitches started to come loose and dangle around until they eventual fall out or get swallowed

Overall not so bad, did them over summer so no work/class, just relaxed and laid low

I got mine out a few years back, went to a dental surgeon, knocked me out. Cut, removed wisdom teeth and stitched me back up. Never had any pain, just real tender for a week or so. Had to eat soft foods for a week.

I highly recommend getting knock out.

had 2 cut out last week, left side still hurts a like a b.

man it was like the worst week of my life.

goodluck to you brah.

I was told I would fully heal in three days

Exactly why I knew it would be a good idea to ask.

Appreciate the info. They'll be knocking me out, numbing me up, and drugging me up.

I have a test on Friday... Not trying to go into my test missing the past two days of lecture bleeding out my mouth on some The Conjuring type steez.

Had all 4 removed 5 or 6 years ago... from what I remember the following week or so was a drag... not so much because of the pain, but just the inconvenience (what you can eat will obviously be limited).  I remember feeling amazing after I came back from being knocked out, though.

I decided not to go under and had all four pulled out while I watched like a G. Then I later got four dry sockets and my G-card was revoked.
