Nike Shox Anyone ... ?

Hello -

Newbie here ....

I love Nike Shox but having trouble locating R4, Monster and TL models.

Any help / advice appreciated ....

Also, to those who collect Shox shoes, what is the best model comfort wise?

I heard they don't make Shox today like they used to ... ?

I shopped at Foot Locker, and Finish Line and all they have is the NZ model.

From what I've seen, most of the shox that are still in production are just the NZs and they're done by Nike SportsWear and not the performance Nike division. The NZs and Shox Deliver are ones that are found commonly in Footlocker/FA/Champs most of the time. I see a pair of R4s on Eastbay right now. I think they stopped producing new ones just because the tech is kind of out dated and less popular these days. Free and Lunar based runners have really taken their place. 
 
I know ebay has the R4 and Monster and TL models .... However, I worry if they are real or fakes. The TL models were so cool, and people say the Monster and R4 are the better shoes. I'm so sad that Nike stopped making these shoes in large quantities ... 

I hear people say they are bad for your back but I just use them for walking around, not running.

there are many fakes of several models on ebay. buy with caution. get high res pics and compare them to high res pics of the real ones to discern the difference. if your having trouble finding authentic pics, ask some of the guys around here for help. the one and only time I was fooled was years ago on a pair of TL3's, so proceed with caution, and if the listing looks too good to be true, then it surely is. good luck sir.

Finishline.com has some pairs, mostly NZ's. Shox have really taken a backseat in recent years, the demand is obviously not there anymore.
 
Shox r4s are still the go to shoe amoungst the true religion, mma shirt and man purse white gangstas around my way. Northern guidos go hard 4 shox still

I simply would like to know where I can purchase .....

1. Nike Shox R4

2. Nike Shox Monster

3. Nike Shox TL series = TL1, TL2, TL3, TL4, etc ...

I ran multiple searches on this subject HERE ON THIS FORUM and not much came up.

I am 52 years old. I am not a sneaker collector. I just always liked Nike Shox going back to when the started in late 99s, and having trouble locating non fakes ones. I'm not a runner or avid sportsman. I like these shoes for just walking around.

Let me get this straight:  you're a grown, 52 year old man - and you're throwing a temper tantrum because it turns out that our fellow members aren't a bunch of wish-granting genies capable of conjuring up Nike Shox models that haven't been produced in years?
