Bitcoins! New Hustle? **NOT DEEP WEB**

Bump man................

Thanks for all the info..............

So not gonna be late on this wave............It's still in it's infancy...........

Persistence = Finally the PC had led me to sitting on my *** all day

Me and my boys were looking into this last football season. They were at like $32 at the time :smh: :smh:. I'm thinkin about just buying a couple dollars worth and hoping they spike in price like they seem to do a few times a year.
Even if you bought a few last week at 295 you'd be good. Its currently at 395 each. This may be the solution to the world's currency issue but it remains to be seen.

damn..cats should've copped right when silk road got sacked, bit coins were going for less than a 100 a pop.

Yeah for sure, I got in a bit after that. Surprised you don't own any as I temember you are somewhat oppressed to fiat currency and wanted to revert back to the gold standard.

:smh: :smh: :smh: :smh: Me and my boys were at the bar last Thursday and I was trying to convince them to buy some of them at the $295 or so that they were at. Just sent out a group text with a preev.com screenshot and they're all sad as hell. I am too though because I didn't buy any either :smh:.

Those Butterfly Labs Miners are going for around $300-$500 on eBay. That's like retail right? I guess they aren't as effective now as they were before? I might cop and try to convince my boys to cop too so we can get a little group going.

A College Kid Made More Than $24,000 Just by Waving This Sign on ESPN

A college student quickly made over $24,000 just by waving this sign on TV.

Here's the deal: On ESPN's "College GameDay" (an ESPN college football show that's filmed at a different college campus each week) some student held the above sign that has both the Bitcoin logo and a QR code.

A QR code is a visual representation of any kind of information (frequently a URL for a website). In this case, the code represented a Bitcoin wallet.

On Reddit, Bitcoin fans managed to enhance the QR code from the screen in order to identify his wallet, so that people could donate money to him.

Here's one enhancement from Redditor DanielTaylor:

That allowed people to figure out his wallet address, which is: 1HiMoMgBaAikFHgAt3M4YJtetp4HrnsiXu.

The image made it onto the front page of Reddit and quickly spread across the Bitcoin community. And perhaps sensing an opportunity to turn this into a huge publicity stunt and free ad for Bitcoin (with articles like this one!) the community sent him donations.

The guy received 100 transactions totalling more than 22 bitcoins. At current prices above $1,100 per bitcoin, the kid has made over $24,000.

A crucial thing about how Bitcoin works is that all transactions are made public, and you can see the number of bitcoins associated with each wallet. What you can't see, however, is the actual person associated with the wallet.

Needless to say, the Bitcoin community was floored.

Here are some folks on Reddit watching, stunned, as the kid's wallet swelled with bitcoins:

Anyone have any info about Litecoins?

https://litecoin.org/

Just by reading the intro on that site it seems like they're easier to mine and accrue than Bitcoins. I looked up the current exchange rate and it's around 30 USD = 1 LTC.

:nerd: :nerd: :nerd: :nerd:

Bitcoin= gold
Litecoin= silver

if its at 30USD right now then its dropped, because last week when i checked it was at $43. but its still good to invest in.

i dont know how the mining goes and how much power it uses but if its cheap to mine then i would do it.

LTC is the biggest altcoin, an altcoin being any crypto currency that isn't Bitcoin. The values been going up at a decent rate but since MtGox is about to start trading in them, expect to see the value rise soon.

where or who do you sell these too? so that college kid with $24,000, how does he cash it out???

Whats a good safe site to purchase bitcoins? Is it still considered a smart investment?
Bitcoins are a good investment given the fact that they've risen pretty consistently for the past three years.  Coinbase is the best site to go through, click the referral link in my sig to get started buying.
