Jordan Brand Golf?

So, I've been seeing Keegan Bradley with some new brand jordan shoes lately and it got me wondering - why doesn't Jordan currently have a line of shoes/gear for golf? I know years ago they had the Par 23's. Did they not sell well? I would think Jordan Brand golf shoes would sell like crazy, especially if they were to release retro J's with spikes (like the PE 3's and 12's I've seen floating around)...

Anyway, here's what Keegan had at the President's Cup today

not a fan of golf, i think most golfers wear anything but the brand Jordan. Not because its a bad brand but you know how "rich people" do. jordan to them is like payless. i think plain black shoes will do

Why not? MJ LOVES golf...he's actually very good. I think he carries about a 3 handicap. Every golfer knows this. They respect him as a golfer, and I think they would respect him as a golf brand. No retro cleats though...just something more like what Keegan Bradley is wearing. Maybe less elephant print.

I would love to see JB enter golf but I don't think retros are the way to go.  I don't think retro golf shoes would look good.  High golf shoes don't look good plus golf shoes should be a little plainer in my opinion.  Most J's have too much going on for golf.  The only exception is the 1's.  Nike already makes dunk golf shoes which I have and like a lot. So the ones would be ok if they were lows.

A nice TW esque shoe with Jordan branding would sell IMO but the market for retro golf shoes is small.
