"@NBA: Last night, @KingJames became fastest to 23K pts (29y, 95 days), passing Kobe (30y, 171 days)
Should it really count tho??

Its not Kobe's fault he wasn't pushing for 40 mpg his first two seasons

nobody ever passes up the rookie max extension.

let alone a an injury prone dude.

Kyrie needs to shut the **** up because he will take it, he would be a fool not to.

Can't you just take the extension and demand a trade?

Sure the fanbase will hate you but so what.

I don't think you guys get this restricted free agency thing.

nobody is not taking a max extension, same goes for Drummond, its never happens, even Eric Gordons whiny *** after all the complaining took the money.

Eric Gordon is a great example of why you SHOULD always take the money.

they will just say no, what are going to do?

you are signed for 4 years. that only works if you are near the end of your deal

and if you consider yourself a star player and if you want endorsement deals, forcing your way out of Cleveland after singing a contract in good faith when you haven't won a single damn, thing, and you have barely proven yourself worthy of a max deal. you will get national backlash for that.

that's just asking for the league to collude and not try and trade for you.

Welp going to be a long 5 years for the boy, at least he'll only be 27 and in his prime years when he can leave.

Really wish the CBA wasn't like this and players were unrestricted after their rookie deals end, we could have guys like AD and Cousins on a contender at 22-23.

Im really starting to dislike Kyrie immensely.

He came into the combine with 10% body fat as a guard, that's terrible, his body looks the same and he keeps getting injured. His game hasn't changed really at all, he still doesn't look like a point gaurd, still gets tunnel vision, doesn't make anyone better.

Why exactly should anyone give him a max deal?

Why should he be in a position to force his way out?

Pistons have talent, a lot of it but they also have morons on the team.

it will eventually get straightened out if the owner starts calling some shots and gets a good and aggressive GM.

I actually agree that they're not far off from being a playoff team in the East, but Josh Smith's contract is a big problem. They need to move him and I don't see too many, if any, teams willing to take on his deal.

There's not much to like about Kyrie right now, people are just in love with his potential.

Any guard who can put up 22 and 6 on 39% shooting from deep at 20 years old is getting a max deal in today's NBA, to think otherwise is foolish.

only way is if we attach a 1st which is a gamble depending on what we get back because we might suck another year and end up in the lottery.

both Jennings and Smith need to be shipped outta here. Jennings honestly isnt that bad, i still dont like him but he plays like a moron at times with horrible shot selection. add Josh Smith in the mix at the same time.. :x :smh:

CV will be gone, Stuckey too, Bynum. Team will look diff next season on the bench and hopefully starting line up as well.

Kyrie looking like he could be the next Marbury.

That's a bad thing, for all the clueless Marbury apologists in here.

Bill Simmons @BillSimmons
Hearing the Milwaukee Bucks are very VERY close to being sold pending league approval. Might be done already. PS: Not to the Seattle guys.

Off last tweet: the NBA has been helping Herb Kohl quietly shop the Bucks around w/o letting it turn into a stay-or-leave soap opera.

Off last tweet: NBA would rather see Bucks stay in Milwaukee but a new arena has to be part of it. Franchise alone will go for 525-550 mill.
