He can pass Melo the ball and then sit back on the bench for the rest of the possession.
Could probably put his suit back on too in the time it takes Melo to stand in one spot and dribble while staring down his defender.

Exactly. Ariza thought he was going to be the guy. Ron was signed for essentially the exact same deal. Ariza chose to leave, I'm positive LA would have brought him back considering he was younger.
