That's the thing tho. The league prolly been knew but haven't done anything because it wasn't really publicly out there. That's like the league saying it's okay for you to treat your employees how you do (Baron Davis statement) and be this way as long as no one knows.
It's like the nba is saying We're gonna say something NOW cause it is out there and will directly negatively affect the brand
