The Grizz have so many opportunities to put a game away and they always blow it. I wasn't in town last night and had to keep up with the game on my phone. When I saw we were up 80-75, I knew it wasn't going to be that easy smh.

If OKC wins Game 5, I think they win in 7.

If Grizz wins Game 5, I think they win in 6.

I expect another battle. After the first half of Game 1, the Grizz have controlled the pace of this series. OKC was able to win a game, while playing at our pace. It'll be interested to see how the series shift in Game 5.

probably the best first round ive ever witnessed. the parody is really good and dudes really out here balling. i doubt the intensity will remain this high throughout but if so, we benefit.

srs question, if the Clips self destruct at some point in the playoffs will the majority of the blame be placed on Sterling's distraction. NT might explode with the CP3 discussions

Enh.

Backlash smacklash.

Clippers had/have an opportunity to do something history by choosing not to play.

I'm sure if it had been discussed, the Warriors would have joined them in solidarity.

The more problems they cause with a boycott, the more of an emphatic message they send.

It also forces the league and the owners to do something about this habitual line steppin' racist ****.

There are no Ali's or Jim Brown's today,

and its beyond sad.

Julius F. Wrek
will you be watching the game today?

I'm watching the end of the Mem/OKC again, and Doris Burke was so disgusted at Westbrook, "what an ugly possession, just ugly offense. Just dribbling out the clock". And the other commentator on Mike Miller "He's played all 82 games this season. Last year it looked like he was being held together by spit, tape, and glue"

Mark Jones has had some quality lines. (RJ dribbling out the shot clock) "Reggie Jackson taking out his 'do it yourself kit'"

The wildfire caused by the alleged racist rant  made by Donald Sterling is spreading faster and faster, even reaching the point where President Barack Obama was asked about it during a news conference in Malaysia. Per the AP

President Obama on Sunday described comments reportedly made by the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers “incredibly offensive racist statements,” before casting them as part of a continuing legacy of slavery and segregation that Americans must vigilantly fight.

“When ignorant folks want to advertise their ignorance, you don’t really have to do anything, you just let them talk,” Obama said when asked to respond to Donald Sterling’s reported comments.

Obama’s description of the controversy as part of a larger historical context is the latest example of his continuing willingness to expound on matters of race in his second term.

[...] ”The United States continues to wrestle with the legacy of race and slavery and segregation, that’s still there, the vestiges of discrimination,” Obama said during a news conference in Malaysia, where he was traveling.

“We’ve made enormous strides, but you’re going to continue to see this percolate up every so often,” he added. “And I think that we just have to be clear and steady in denouncing it, teaching our children differently, but also remaining hopeful that part of why statements like this stand out some much is because there has been this shift in how we view ourselves.”

I still got the clippers going to the finals. This whole incident just solidifies for me perfectly.

Behold, the NBA's new "it" team for the playoffs
