That's my point though. That's why less people are shooting it. You get the same production shooting 40% from 3 as you do 60% from midrange

statistically speaking yes. but its not as black and white as "four 3's equals six 2s" to me. in terms of catch and shoot opportunities, by all means step back and get your moneys worth.

but the elite wing players and PFs have always been deadly from mid range. whether it be spotting up, driving, or creating shots for others with their ability to operate out of the mid post

lmaooo Lance Stephenson and Evan Turner got into a fist fight?!?! hahahahahahahahahahahahahhahhahahahahaahhhahahaahahahahaha

Born Ready Vs. Extra-Terrestrial....Fight!

Sport Vu Player Tracking Stats

Here's the link to the page: http://stats.nba.com...&rowsPerPage=25

Some stats related to the Grizz and OKC in the first two games:

- Among all players in the playoffs, Marc Gasol is tied for 4th in total distance covered with 5.5 miles (KD is one of those tied with him at 5.5). Playoff leader in this category is Jimmy Butler with 6.9 total miles.

- Mike Conley leads all players in time of possession with 9.8 total minutes; Kemba Walker is a distant second at 8.6. For the Thunder, Westbrook clocks in at 7.7 minutes. Conley is also second in total touches with 203 (Noah is first with 204).

- Mike Conley is second in passes per game with 80.5 (Walker first with 84). Marc and CP3 tie for 8th in this category with 65.5. For comparison's sake, Westbrook leads the Thunder with 48.5 passes per game.

- Mike Miller is shooting 66.7% on catch and shoot opportunities. For OKC, KD is shooting 56.3% on such opportunities.

My YMCA is like this. You never get to run on the main court only the side ones. It just makes it easier to shoot from deep because no one steps out far but the loss of it value makes me not want to shoot it

HAAATE...

Make it, take it.

I've already got my damn flamesuit on.

I stay asking people "When was the last time you seen Lebron dunk... and then the Heat proceed to take the ball out again?"

One team scores, next team's turn.

Had this happen so many times:

"If you don't like it, play d."

Alright then, we get ball first.

"Nah, bruh. We shoot for it."

Nope. We get ball first. You want it? Play D.

"So no make it, take it? *looks around; no one else really cares* Shoot for ball."

Ain't nothing special about being up 9-3 on some make it, take it crap. You up 9-3, playing REGULAR? That's a beat down getting ready to end.

(and I actually love playing defense, before anyone even thinks about throwing that out there. "You must just get beat a lot." Nah. Just hate make it, take it.
