Oh so ZBO basically Rudy Gay

Honestly, he is. When the ball is moving and Zbo is getting buckets off put backs or by establishing good post position, he's great. When he's trying to be an iso machine is when he's very inefficient and bad.

I'm not saying the Grizz can go through the entire playoffs without him and be okay, but I wouldn't overstate his importance to this team. He's the 3rd most important player on this team.

ZBo being out does not bother me at all.

If you've paid attention to the Grizz all season, he's not the main reason for their success. Its Conley and Gasol.

Trust me

The reason why the Grizz go on a lot of these scoring droughts (especially late in the game) is because the team differs to Zbo isolating. That's not a knock on Zbo, but just bad coaching. Zbo wants to be a #1 option and the team is much better when they are passing the ball, looking for open shots. I don't see how no one has seen that in this series alone.

Zbo is great when he's making every thing, but not having him is the least of my concern. Not having a healthy Conley is my main concern. There's a reason the Grizz are so good when Conley and Gasol are at the top of their game.

ehh well see how it plays out today.

who is gunna replace zbos scoring tho?

Its not really about replacing his scoring. Its about getting better shots for everyone on the floor. Its the same thing people said about replacing Rudy Gay with Tayshaun Prince. The Grizz didn't need another 19ppg scorer to replace his scoring. They were able to get more efficient buckets between other guys on the floor.

At the end of the day, Conley will need to play somewhat well. If he and Gasol don't play well, Memphis is definitely done. If Conley and Gasol can have great games and role players like Lee, Miller, Davis, Udrih, Johnson, Koufos make shots, limit mistakes and defend, Grizz can definitely win this game.

OKC is a team that definitely plays down to their competition and it would not surprise me if they come out thinking they have this game in the bag. It may result in them turning it on later in the 2nd half and beating Memphis, but just don't be surprised if this game is much closer if those things I mention happen.

you have to think about this too. if zbo aint playing then perkins wont be playing as much either. which means okc can have a faster paced offense, and without kperk they can spread the floor more opening up the paint for ppl like russ and kd to drive more.

Hey, I'm not saying we favorites or nothing

I just know this team really well. They are very bipolar. You just don't know what to expect from them. It just seems like when everyone counts them out, they perform at a high level. The Grizz are probably the most bipolar team in the league. Add to the fact that they are playing a young team that sometimes let weaker opponents get the best of them, anything can happen.

i agree, but dont think of the thunder as young anymore dudes been to the finals and have alot of experience now

The question is... Does LeBron feel the same way about your undying devotion to him?

Of course he does. He was saying that about the peasants. The working man spending his time and energy watching and rooting for or against him. His fans clearly go bak to their little trash lives same as his haters

True. But, if that was the case, they wouldn't be playing Game 7 tonight. As fired up as they should have been for losing to Memphis last year in 5 games, this series SHOULD have been over with in 5-6 games. Its like after that first half in Game 1, they completely lost focus and allowed Memphis to control the series. Young teams do things like that along with average coaching.

I will not be surprised if the Grizz win tonight. I also will not be surprised if they get blown out.

With the Zbo suspension, Brooks will be forced to change his game plan. There is no way TA doesn't play tonight. Conley is definitely playing. And the Grizz perform their best with their backs against the wall. Take into the fact that they are pissed about their performance in Game 6. While saying all that, it would not shock me if they still got blown out

Brooks doesn't adjust. except when his back and maybe job are against the wall. I hear they are starting Davis, which to me is wrong, they should go small. Brooks will start Perkins anyways and you'd end up with Ibaka out the paint on a perimeter player (like the Heat series)

I figured Joerger would not get creative. I would have started Johnson at PF. Someone that would be strong enough to defend Ibaka on the defensive end, but also can take him outside and/or off the dribble on the offensive end.

Blazers :pimp: Lillard! :pimp: x infinity. When he hit the shot I damn near flipped my table over from jumping up so fast. I can't even explain how I was feeling. Blazers live another day :pimp:

Damn I just thought about how much of a perception changer and impact on both sides that Lillard shot had.

If Houston wins that game they got game 7 at home, all the momentum and its a good chance they win. Dwight probably gets a ton of credit for having a real good series while harden went mia most the series. They come back down 3-1 and got some momentum for the 2nd round.

For Portland its choke city again and they would never hear the end of it how parsons got that shot in and how they blew a 3-1 lead and people would label them as chokers.

Houston most likely wins a game 7 at home so that shot was pretty damn huge.

And the answer is I don't give two $****s how lebrons feels about my undying devotion to him. as long as he is succeeding, and making Laker and kobe fans, and even other fans who hate him mad, he is doing his job
