As horrible as Ricky Rubio has been shooting the ball, and you can't really understate how bad, despite the horrible rim protection they have the 8th ranked defense.

Looking through some adjusted plus minus stuff, Ricky hasn't really hurt them on offense and is their best defensive player, the box score numbers looks rough but the On court/off court and APM still have him as still having a positive impact on the floor.


If he could only shoot.

Ricky will come along. I'm sure of it. He needs to focus less on trying to shoot off the dribble and more on the 3pt shot.

As a pass first/defensive PG all you really need is a tear drop and the ability to hit the 3.
