:rolleyes

look at the attempts....

most of lebrons points were in the paint

posts pics just for the sake of posting :smh:

So your discrediting because he can get to the basketball instead of settling for jumpers? Don't make much sense and that's over 7 games

Just because a player is playing out of his mind doesnt mean we need to start another Player A vs. Player B argument.

Come on now you know the hate for lebron here so as soon as there's a chance to have a comparison where his stats might be worse people are gonna bring it up.

funny to still see people suggesting all of this is about a hot streak and not the fact that he's in a completely different role than he's ever been...thats actually catering to all of his abilities. even after this MYSTERIOUSLY happened once his ball hogging point guard is no longer in the lineup. for a month.

reminds me of the dudes shunning the paul george praise like he wouldn't average 20+ a game over the course of a season

I thought the point of that chart Is to see the shooting percentage? How are those not the same? Buddy said he couldn't do that in his dreams which he shot 69 percent over 7 games. Maybe if he said he couldn't shoot 60% playing durnats style of game that would make sense.

no discredit. the statement was that Lebron "couldn't do this in his dreams", referencing KD's shot chart....and he can't.?

Please don't start that LeBron v. KD nonsense again.

Save that for the game on Wednesday when it should be in abundance.

And imlive has a point. If LeBron pushed off ol' boy like that, y'all would be in here crying to the high heavens.

Ref ain't gonna call that in that situation on an elite player. It is what it is.

How about we just appreciate Durant's greatness without comparing him to Lebron?

because KD should be spoken of in the same echelon with everyone's second coming of JC. he has a strength that happens to be a relative weakness for a guy people want to call the greatest of all time. its relevant more than any comparison in the nba

It goes beyond percentage. The idea is to look at the accuracy along with the volume of shots from the outside.

LeBron's accurate from the outside because he takes very little shots outside, it's not a pure shooter's type of accuracy. He's still a paint dominant player. That's the difference between him and Durant as scorers.

Almost same amount taken/percentage from behind the arc though...

Regardless, very impressive from KD. Both players can be unstoppable when they have the will to score. Waiting for Wednesday's matchup.

Exactly they do it in different ways there games aren't the same.

head to head holds debate, but there's a lot of factors in the game with 2 TEAMS matching up that won't particularly speak measures to who is actually better. even tho i know a lot of folks will come out of that a matchup like that with some brave statements.

So shooting 69 percent isn't shooting 69 percent if your getting layups and dunks?

a percentage is a stat. just a stat. but when we talk about who's a better shooter, that is subject to analyzing the game. don't paralyze your mental analysis over a stat.

also, not particularly relative to what you said, but in general i think people are sleeping on KD's ability to actually get into the paint also. that's what's making this debate have so much legs in addition to the rebounding/efficient assisting. he's leading the league in free throws too. this is a a full course meal at the highest level that we just don't see a lot of. and like to night, he locked up and got a block before hitting the game winning shot.
