Not to antagonize the situation any further,

but I was seriously wondering where Lin was tonight.

I did notice that once Russ was out in the playoffs, Lin "miraculously" felt well enough to play.

Thought that was peculiar.

Julius F. Wrek

Brooks was more productive for awhile, so he got more time than Lin. The conspiracy thread is in General

I know Dwight's post game is limited but you can only shoot so many 3s  . Do the Rockets run any P&Rs? Nothing to get a simple open shot at the rim? No backdoor cuts? Just basic stuff.

Giannis body doesn't even make sense from a biological aspect.

This dude was in basically the D-League in Greece, has come in at 18/19 years old and shows flashes of greatness nightly. I see "it" in him when I watch him play, he's just a basketball player, he does things on the court that seem video game like.

I disagree about the Lin part. You don't need a great PG to win the championship. See Mario Chalmers, Jason Kidd (2011), Fisher, Rondo (2008), etc.

This guy said Rondo wasn't a good pg in 08 though, just had to clarify.
Yeah I chuckled at that. And Chalmers isn't the PG for the Heat. He's the guy who dribbles the ball when LeBron doesn't feel like controlling the offense. Let's call him the stopgap guard. Kidd is a HOF, and Fisher has had huge moments. Point being that you need quality PG play to win a chip.

Don't even know why I bother. Ya'll the same dudes that will cosign Shumps fingernail on Paul George's elbow being a foul. But a hack on Melo's arm at the rim a no go. Whatever.
you sad doggy?
2014 and this the best you can do. You lame b.

@JD617
I'm cool on this conversation man lol. You pulled a still from before there was any contact even made, ball or arm. I can't argue with that kind of hate.

you sound upset.

Just start being a fan of a less ****** team.

its not even bandwagoning to switch from the Knicks to anybody else
Here's the bit of attention you wanted. I'll even shoot you a rep for your efforts.

the only way rockets land another star is if they throw in chandlers attractive contract with lin/asik

thunder need to worry about westbrooks injury. never a good sign when you are on your third knee surgery at any age. mr 94 ft

Brooks was playing really terribly in the second half though. He was chucking up bricks and turning it over, yet McHale left him in as Houston's lead continued to get smaller and smaller. I thought he should have gone to Lin earlier to inject some offense

Chandler's contract is by far one of the most valuable trade assets out there, if Morey doesn't pull off a great trade with him/Asik I will be very surprised.

Son is really getting paid 900k this year and next putting up 17/5/3 on 50% shooting

For comparison, Kendrick Perkins is getting paid 9 million a year to imitate a basketball player.

Key words, in the second half. McHale keeps Lin on a short leash, as you saw he was quickly taken out the opening minutes if the game, with Brooks playing very well early on. But you're definitely right about part, McHale didn't go back to him soon enough, along with waiting too long to put Dwight back in. That's McHale in a nutshell, slow to make adjustments, and only making the logical decisions when he feels desperation (hardly).

And heeeerree it goes with the Dwight bashing on Inside the NBA.. dude is about to get ethered
 always funny to watch Inside the NBA after Dwight plays....the Rockets scored 19pts in a half but they only want to talk about Dwight :smh:

Don't understand why Shaq has it in for Dwight so much, he's not even close to the force prime Diesel was

**** is like MJ hating Vince Carter or something

I think its cuz at 1 point Shaq thought Dwight was coming for him (round that slam dunk contest and all that) so he been trying to shut Dwight down any chance he gets...but Dwight turned out not to be on his level so its just a weird tradition now

Part of it is that Shaq thinks Dwight ripped off the Superman thing from him. But he needs to let that go already.

Supposedly this is what the Hornets will go with for their primary jersey

Giannas has a good feel and good basketball instincts. But he lacks the skill and creativity with the ball to be anything more than a solid productive player. Still super young though, so that could change. I just don't like to judge off potential.
