biggest surprise so far, NY or PHX? 

I'd go with Phoenix. If you really look at the Knicks roster hard, its not surprising that they're not that good. Yes, its surprising they are as bad as they are, but not completely shocking. With Phoenix, pretty much everyone (including me) thought they were going to compete for the worst record in the league, yet they are playoff team in the stacked West. Nobody saw that coming.
