 @ this logic. I thought that was a bullet point but yall are leading your argument with this one game stat. he dropped 40 in the finals = he's a top 5 player

You just total disregarded the first 6 words of my sentence lol? I said his whole 2011 season.

Looks like he had his pivot foot down after all. Unless I'm missing out on something because that blondie in the back is
pimp.gif
"eff you ref".
this confuses me , its travelling because he did a step a first right ? otherwise its not travelling if u hop in and pivot ?

The thing with Pop is, it's easy to be a fantastic coach and plug in guys seamlessly when you have Parker and Duncan.

but Duncan could only muster 13/9 (he looked WASHED) in 2011 & San Antonio still won 61 games. They only had one all NBA teamer & that was Gino on the 3rd team, so he just barely made the cut.

What other coach in the league can win 60 games without having one of their guys average historically great numbers?

That passage that Jerry West wrote about Magic was crazy, said dude had to have at least 2 or 3 women waiting for him in the hot tub after every game even before talking to the media

From the court, to the yambs, to the microphone, all within 35-45 minutes.

Dude musta been like the DMV, ticket takers & ****. "Next!"

The energy that would take. :smh: I play one rec league game and I'm washed for the rest of the night. Magic was playing full NBA games, getting laid, having press conferences, then going home to have more orgies. And no drinking and drugs involved.

If you paid attention to the 2011 and 2013 Finals and still think coaching doesn't make a difference in the NBA...IDK what to tell you.

Yeah, the best player usually wins in this league. That doesn't mean coaches are there to just manage minutes and ****.

My favorite subplot from the 2013 Finals was the chess match between Spo and Pop. Game to game + in-game strategy constantly evolving and countering the last man's move. It wasn't just "let's keep doing what got us here and ride with it all the way."

I'm still not over how it concluded so I'll stop right here.
