They gave up a first round pick and a second round to get him. The players they traded, aren't missed.

Says who?

We traded starters and rotational players who were a great fit in D'Antoni's system. Felton was actually having his best season while Gallo still had time to grow.

Sorry you feel that way :smh:

Gallo, one of the worst defensive players I've ever seen. I saw him play defense against NY players a few times  Solid player on offense but two torn ACLs, he's not missed.

Felton, he's not missed or wanted.

Mozgov.........

Wilson is missed by some.

Anthony Randolph, not missed.

Eddy Curry, not missed.

So, like I said. We gave up a first round and second round pick. We had a terrible coach at the time (D'Antoni) and still have a terrible coach today.

Not over AD, was a travesty he wasn't named one to begin with

Yes, over AD. What he's done for that Phoenix squad is remarkable, considering Bledsoe has been out. Arguably, Phoenix's squad is worst than the Pelicans and he has the Suns in the playoffs in the west. That's crazy. All star game stuff.

The Knicks were playing very well as a team before the Melo trade.

But the Knicks had their best season last year of the last 20 years.
Your response just revealed how much of a Knick fan you are. You misinterpreted what he said.

Exactly.

AD is the best 4 in the game. He should have been there from the jump.

Not yet, but the potential is there.

It's not just him, every player there is having a career year and they have a great Coach

AD is playing on a Monty Williams coached team full of over paid players and his second scoring option is injured......

So what does he do?

Puts up 20.5/10.5/1.5/3.3 on 50% shooting with a 26.7 PER

Goran's my guy but you're tripping, AD is showing that franchise level talent, Goran isn't.

Then break it down because I clearly missed it.
Playing well before the trade =/= their best year in 20 years How difficult is it to distinguish between the two? You can still play well and not play your best as a franchise in 20 years.
