He was the #1 big in the league on a contender before his knees gave out

Thats what yall dont understand

What you don't understand is that we ALL already understand that.

Trust me, I guarantee I've watched Bynum play more basketball than you have.

Stop spitting out these random comments you've googled and try to understand that some of us saw his talent and recognized his greatness. But unlike you, some of us recognized he could of been even better if he tried to be. He could of been SCARY great, even before the knees got shot.

Please stop assuming I'm making a few comments about Bynum based on a few reports of his stay in Cleveland. I watched every single Bynum game when he was in a Laker uniform. He could of been better even if his window was slammed shut earlier than expected because of his Knees. To say you don't think he could of been even a LITTLE better just shows me you didn't watch him nearly enough.

He was the top big in the game for a short period but it could of been extended if it wasn't for his knees as well as his obvious loss of interest in dominating basketball anymore.

He pretty much reached his peak in 2012.

He probably could've improved handling double teams, but otherwise he was a monster that year.

^There you go Yeezus.

He was a monster. Outside of Kobe he was my favorite Laker for a few years. But he wasn't done improving.

This just got cut short for him unfortunately. It's a shame.

Yup i agree with pmatic

I remember him struggling when he got double teamed but thats not a major flaw

Anyways hes one of my fave all time players

Of course it was his first time as a featured option, so he was going to go through the growing pains of dealing with double teams.

Is there another NBA player who has a more fitting nickname than Big Baby? That's basically his name at this point. Since he signed with the Clippers, I haven't heard anyone - not coaches, teammates, announcers, etc. - call him Glen or Davis. Its either Baby or Big Baby. I can't think of anyone else who's better known by his nickname than his real name, except maybe Eldrick "Tiger" Woods.

Well, there's always Magic.  Or Shaq if you count that.
