Why would you expect him to be trash? Need clarification
Dude averaged 2.8 points his first year at Syracuse and 11.9 in his second (and Last) shot 43% from the field, 29% from three.............not a spectacular college career
I expected him to average 12 this season and shoot 40%, which might happen but I hope it wont.
Russell Westbrook averaged 12.5 his last year at UCLA, and now he's averaging 23 ppg as one of the elite pg's in the league. I also looked at his ppg in college and thought he wouldn't be so good, but that's why I'm not a scout.

To be fair, most (Scouts included) did not project Westbrook to be this good. He's literally a hall of fame talent if he continues down this path. No one saw that in the cards for Westbrook.

Conversely, if MCW continues to do what he's doing, he'll continue to shock even the most optimistic of scouts. He had a less than stellar year in college, but comes to the pros and produces at an astounding clip. No one projected this out of him.

We knew a major Anthony Davis season was coming but sheeeesh...He might be good enough to make of for the stupidity of his GM last offseason.

If I believed the conspiracy theories, I'd say Wiggins is going to Toronto or Sacramento.

^^ lol Wiggins to Toronto would be fantastic for that franchise. He's from Ontario right? Literally instant sellouts plus he's at home. That being said We still need to land him  or Parker/Randle. Stern's leaving though so no Ewing situation I hope.

It could be fluke games. Honestly, I like this Philly team and I hope they get the 1st pick just to see Mcw and Wiggins play together.

You Sixers fans have to be wary of Evans though. This is his contract yr right? Something tells me he'll go back to being a bum once he gets money..
Evans isn't getting getting his contract extended, most likely he'll be traded before the deadline.

Dont forget he only had 2 points and 5 turn overs against Michigan during NCAA championships. I wasnt expecting much from him.

Rockets have looked sluggish and out of sync early on in their games but seem to open it up later in games. If they play like they did in the 3rd quarter, every game, they should be fine. Best thing is that they adjusted and won every game after a slow start, good sign later in the season that a bad start won't deter them.
They def play better with a smaller 4 with Howard than Asik.

That's a great sign for them imo.  They're still putting it together.  Harden and Howard are building solid chemistry.

But yeah, the Howard-Asik lineup does not work.  They need to trade Asik asap...  Ryan Anderson?

Ry is potentially out 3 weeks with a chip fracture in his foot.

I like Parsons and Hayward, but Parsons is edging the latter out in terms of my fanhood.

Every single player on the Sixers is playing exactly how they've always played for us. The only difference is that we don't have Jrue out there dribbling out the shot clock half the time and looking lackadaisical as ****. Ask any Sixers fan...Jrue was one of the most annoying players to watch simply because of his inconsistency. I know he's just a laid back type of dude but you can't be that type of player for a Philly team. MCW is a better passer than Jrue and makes quicker decisions. No more Jrue dribbling the ball around for 20 seconds doing 5 spin moves then kicking it out to Turner for a three pointer that more than often he isn't gonna hit.

I really loved the Brett Brown hiring too. I think we got ourselves a good one with him.
You hit the nail on the head bruh, like even last year we were literally giving games away at the end (even the year before with lou pounding the ball). MCW is constantly attacking and I feel that he and ET compliment each other really well. Brett has us actually executing in late game situations where as dougie would either let Jrue, Dre or Lou Will iso it up at the end. I can only imagine when nerlens comes back bro. Btw daniel orton has been very impressive.
