I pretty much avoided this thread all regular season but I couldn't help myself now and now I'm reading this superstar stuff like :smh:

Man.......... I've been in this thread all day and I cant even remember the last time I posted. Just reading page after page of nonsense.

KD IS A SUPERSTAR. All I'm saying is I don't consider him on MJs level just because he's a superstar. According to y'all all superstar players are equal without seperation and titles mean absolutely nothing. If that how you feel fine. I know people can comprehend this and agree with it but won't say a word. Comprehension in this thread is low minus a few. Geez.

Didn't know PG was such an avid fisherman,

Makes sense that he's such bait for these shark ******* out here.

Never seen anything happen to a pro team like this Pacers squad.

I came into this thread hours ago and you dudes still talking about superstar status?

LMAOOO YA'LL CLOWNS.

Arbitrary title discussion is always a low point in this thread
The superstar debate is flawed from the get-go.

Everyone just ends up arguing in circles because one person defines a superstar as a top 3, 5, 10, etc. player.. while another defines it as someone who can be the face of your franchise, sell merchandise, get commercials, etc.... while others use the term interchangeably with "franchise player". To me, the "superstar" title only falls on a few, elite players on the court and that can be the face of the league and that your Mom who doesn't watch basketball would know. And that's just my definition  so there's the basic problem.

What I said the last time this debate popped up. People are arguing over a stupid title with 5 different definitions  What's the point?

 @ most of y'all just complaining about the trolling instead adding anything meaningful your damn selves.

Happens everytime.

But that's the thing.. we don't ALWAYS have to say something. If there's nothing to discuss, can't we just got a few hours without a lot of activity in here? People should know better than to fuel these kind of arguments.

Kd is on a path to all time greatness

Lebron was on a path to all time greatness in 09

Kobe was on a path to all time greatness in 06

Shaq in 96

Jordan in 89

At some point all these guys transitioned from huge potential to nba legends, imo it was their first championship (kobe in 09)

I think we can all agree that kd is on pace to be a top 10 player or "superstar" so no point in talking about this anymore

Lets get back on topic, cp3 has never been and never will be good enought to win a championship

KD top 10 player of all time? (on his path to become)

No.

All he can do is shoot, and do it amazing, don't think that qualifies as being a top 10 player ever.
