He did land though. What made it seem like he didn't have a spot to land was the fact that he kicked his legs once he felt that mid section contact while he was in the air. As a shooter, you feel that contact and you know if it's enough for a call. Like I said, it was incidental contact of the play. Was there contact, yeah. Was it enough to decide the game, it's open to ref interpretation. In this case, they didn't call a foul. It's only game 3 though. If it was a game 7....it might be a different call.

Totally agree man, not even on some clipper ****. I agree with this.

I know I'm in the minority, but I just rewound and watched the play 9 times in real time and slow motion. It's a ticky tack foul. If it was called, people would be complaining in here anyway of how they let a cheap foul determine an outcome of a game.

In all seriousness though, I need to see a gif that starts a few seconds earlier because Steph gave CP3 a little push to free himself up for that shot, they didn't call that either.

That would be the nail in the coffin for the NBA. The amount of flopping that game would have would light social media on fire and make the NBA a laughing stock.
that's what I was implying when I mentioned both teams in the finals...it would be so difficult to watch, I wouldn't thank God for NHL playoffs

Okay, alright, curry got fouled.

What does that have to do with the fact that they have no answers for BG or Deandre?

Or that Steph can't get going at all offensively.

Or that they were down by as many as what, 15 on multiple occasions.

Talk about that. For the last time that's not where they lost the game at.

we could also talk about how even with everything you said, they still came back and had an opportunity to win the game, and the ref froze and **** his pants.

you are better than this, i KNOW you are

nah, people would be talking about how its dumb to put your hands on a jumpshooter and even take a chance at a foul being called

cp3 took the risk and it payed off

regarding people saying this thread hitting 4k pages

maybe yall should change to 20 posts per page like the old NT, were at 4808 pages

While he was dribbling left, he swiped at CP3 to get to that spot behind the line. At that point, as a ref, you make up your mind that you're going to let them play and let it play out and not call a foul at that point. That's what happened. Now, if Curry got to that spot without swiping, the refs are expecting contact at some point and they might have blown the whistle. There was contact on both ends so they let them play.

I just watched that play in real time and slowed it down. It wasn't a foul. If they were going to call any contact, it should have been on the floor before Steph went left. Once he went left and shot it, there was no contact on the arms. CP3 got his waist as he went down and he tried to flop to sell it. Refs ain't calling that at the end of the game, not enough contact.

u cant be srs bruh  curry didnt eem have a spot to land

blatant foul if u dont see that u dont know basketball

Bro his waist is being pushed back by co3 how hard is that tonunderstand?

Curry was clearly trying to exaggerate the foul. CP3 touched him, but he kicked his legs out to make it look like he didn't have space to land (which he did)

If you want to win, make the shot. Don't flop

Because with all that going for the Clippers, plus the 3 bad calls at the end of the game, Curry would have been at the line to win the game. t
That's too bad man. He was acting anyway
acting --------->

I mean....

It wasn't really a foul for one.

Two, that was a dew dew move

Three, That shot wasn't what lost the game

Four, If you're clamoring that much for that foul it kind of shows the disparity between the two teams IMO.

if at any point of the play a ref thinks to himself "okay regardless of whats about to happen im not going to blow my whistle" thats just bad reffing all around

Apparently from all these "Company" dudes in here saying he didn't get foul. Not giving a player a space to land is no longer in the rulebook. OK got it

Man I'm like do any of you even play the game? That was clearly a foul. You cannot get in a man's body when he is in the air shooting . Chris was off balance and recovered late and got his hand on the shooter before the shot was took. Anyone else that's a superstar gets that call at the end of the game. Regular players get that call anytime but last 5 minutes. Steph gets no respect warriors get no respect from league or the officials
