Nets have a better owner than the Knicks but they were built to win in the next two years. The team is trash, players will retire and they're stuck with D Will's contract :x Nets are in worse shape than the Knicks.

I think the Nets have one first round draft pick over the next 4-5 years :x

One day...Brooklyn is going to be really really good. Their squad is structured to win now with a bunch of has beens but once they ride these contracts out...they should be on the come up. They're in a desirable market, they have the ultimate players coach, and an owner that's not cheap.

How does this make them different from the Knicks?
I guess the word owner means nothing to you
Does Prokorhov make that much of a difference? I wouldn't say a team is going to be really good unless they have a rising star. The Nets have a lot of things going for them, but still no young talent other than Plumlee and their draft situation is undesirable.

How has that not been corrected?

It looks painful.

That's why I said once the current structure is over. They in bad shape...but once its over...they have everything going for them as far being a desirable franchise.

The same reason why FA's will always consider going to NY...BKN will have the same factor.

Its a completely different dynamic from when they were in New Jersey

Wait... There have been 3 overtime games out of 4 and you're down 3-1. You put clutch city on your shirts....
