if the the NBA follows the rules

Then Paul George will be suspended from game 7, similar to how Amare was suspended for stepping on the court after Horry hip-checked Nash. The rule is black & white, no gray area.

The rule does say "vicinity of the bench" but the bench is off the court, while PG & Butler are on the court.

I guess we'll find out soon.

Stuy Jackson tweeted about it last night. He didn't leave the vicinity. He's still near the bench. When Stat did it back in that PHX/SA series...dude walked like 10 feet from the bench. If anything...Butler will be suspended. PG barely steps across the out of bounds line.
