The best point guard ever sure has been lighting it up across the board this series, eh?

9 & 6 against a depleted team with David Lee at center...Ho-hum for him I'd say.

"I NEVA SAID HE WAS AH SUPAHSTAH SKIP I SAID HE WAS A SUPAHSTAH POINT GAWD"

Everyone keeps talking about Durant last night, but I think OKC would have still lost if it wasn't for Westbrook playing smarter basketball.

He shot his best percentage of the series last night, only took two 3's and took the 2nd least amount of shots in the 6 games he's played in this series. Its crazy how OKC loses, he gets all of the blame, but when they win its all about Durant.

who the hell said he's the best pg ever?

With the way he's talked about by some people "Best PG since Magic," "3rd best player in the league" I don't know, I'd expect him to maybe, take over a single game this round against a team without a real center.

And save the injury crap cause Melo was still dropping 30+ against Indiana last playoffs with one functional shoulder. He can continue to get fellatio from every stat head but at the end of the day, the eye test don't lie.

some were saying CP3 was better than Nash

MVPs effect the scope of that argument. Talent and ability on both ends...is that really false?

Other than defend, I don't think there is anything Paul does better than prime Nash.

And it's not even really to slander cp3, but he's going to be leading the league in free passes if the clippers get bounced and he continues to underperform.

cp hasnt really left his mark in this series
if anything blake and deandre have been the problem for the w's

JO updates?
any chance festus is activated?
even though i feel it's up to the player, kinda feel bogut should shoot up and give it a go.

Paul is shooting terribly but he's at least managing the series and doing the smart thing by setting the table for Griffin and Jordan to do damage against that pathetic and injured frontline the Warriors trot out there. They are horrible defensively.

I would say the third best player in the league is a toss up tbh. If someone said Paul I wouldn't be upset like you seem to be. You seem upset a lot of the time actually

Ummm...I'm pretty sure KD caught all the heat, especially for the last lost. Hence the newspaper article.

The real difference was Butler playing instead of Sefolosha, Steven Adams in the paint and Durant making shots he usually makes.

Dude has been ice cold most of the series, Tony Allen's defense is a factor but its not like he's been forcing KD to put up impossible shots.

Carmelo Anthony stat of the day:

You guys know how Kevin Durant is having a terrible shooting postseason?  He's been locked down by Tony Allen and struggled so badly that his hometown newspaper called him "Mr. Unreliable".

Well, his shooting % this series (.412) is essentially the same—within .05 percentage points—as Carmelo Anthony's lifetime playoff shooting % over TEN seasons in the playoffs (.417)...  and probably likely to overtake that number in game 7.

That is just one special reason why Carmelo Anthony is not a special player....  Even at scoring.  And people on this site were comparing to Carmelo to Durant last year

I am bothered by it because people talk about him as this mythical creature who just creates the easiest plays for his teammates and does stuff that no one else can do.

I'm pretty sure a lot of PG's could set the table for Blake and DeAndre. I think he's a great regular season player who excells when he can flop and perimiter fouls are called more but when it comes to playoff games and the game get more physical a lot of his value goes down the drain. It's harder to create easy shots for your less talented teammates in the playoffs and he just doesn't score enough for me to get his appeal. Plus, people lawd his defense but he can only guard one position.

CP3 before the knee injury was so amazing, really a transcendent player. But he's a ****** who can't really get easy buckets. 5'11 guys don't have much value to me. At some point, he has to win something to justify how much people lawd him.
