That's an interesting list of teams, but none of them seems like a great fit to me. I'd like to know what they're offering for him. Not like BK, NYK and the Bucks have great trade assets.

That Kobe extension removes their ability to bring in 2 max players. So they won't be able to truly re-load until he retires

And maybe, possibly, a top 8-10ish draft pick from this class included.

That appears to be what they intend to do. Not sure it will work the way they hope, but that looks like the guideline they will follow.

In year 2, You're gonna have Kobe at 25 mil, Melo at 23.

That's 48 mil, including any draft picks you're at 50.

The cap has been at 57-58 mil since 09

So you'll be lucky if you even have 10 mil in cap room when you're trying to get that 2nd max guy.
