Pringles is inflexible but he can still be good with the right talent. Young athletes who share the ball, his system will work.

the fact that he has this laker team near .500 is amazing

Sure, his system "works". If you have the right players. Even when you have the right players in my opinion the brand of basketball isn't sustainable for winning in the playoffs consistently. He has terrible rotations and the defense and rebounding for all of his teams have been non existent

As long as my Bulls didn't outbid the Knicks for his services, he's good in my book.
