they need to stop being shown on TV

this season has sucked for national games.

out of the 50 games shown, like 4 of them have been good.

pathetic. all these teams are so bad
sick.gif
The NBA sucks besides the playoff teams in the west, and Miami and Indiana.

Because Melo has the widest variety of different ways to miss shots.

#BestPureScorer :pimp:
Lmao word. The variety of words people will put together to make a player seem better at something. Like "pure" and "versatile"

Comedy. I'll take an efficient Lebron over a "versatile" Melo.

2 points is 2 points (as is 3)

All the Kobe fans listening to drake right now  he's done :pimp:

I guess the Rock documentaries keeping you busy heard he got a new movie out

LOLWUT?

I know you're hurting because you tried to make fun of my avy

I didn't think FlyDelta had any more L's in his pocket from the NFL thread. I was wrong

L'ssss haaa the only team taking losses is them Texans go back to the NFL thread and discuss your no 1 draft pick  this bball here son!

Peoples minds melo stat line 10-25 37 points

Lebron stat line 13-18 31 points

Melo has more points there for he is the better scorer. Dumbasses don't realize the efficiency and percentages all they see is points.
somehow the topic got maneuvered into melo vs lebron when it wasn't about any of that at all

i don't think there's anyone in the last few pages who's even suggested that melo > lebron in any way, shape or form

You can take out lebrons name and put KD any other superstar player. Melo shoots so damn much he's always putting up points.

y all should respect melo more and remember he is last years #1 scorer in the league and one of the best scorers in NBA history.he can score with any way he wants something that only kobe could do in his prime.and please even lebrons offensive game isnt good enough to be compared to melos , bron may have better FG % but anyone who knows about basketball knows melo is a better shooter.
He did, and started this madness

Random, but has ESPN ever gone that hard for a regular season non-holiday NBA game?

They gave Miami/Indy that Monday night football coverage.

yeah i went back and had to find the cause of this dumbass debate and sure enough it was "Gothmog" who lit the fire with the melo vs lebron thing

let's all move on now

I was saying the samething yesterday. They showed the intros and all stuff they only usually do for the finals.

Can you blame them? It was pretty ridiculous to be paying someone THAT much money without really seeing how he'd perform this season. The Lakers need to amnesty Kobe if they want to save their franchise. 2015 is a big free agency year.

I think you're not realizing how much money Kobe has generated for the Laker orginization. They are worth upwards of 1.5 Billion with a huge television deal that will make them more for years to come, that's off of Kobe's back. If he were to truly be paid in relation to his worth for the Lakers, he would be getting 50+ mill a year but thanks to that new CBA and an inept union head he only gets 48 over the next two. It has nothing to do with if he can still be an elite player, he still brings in a mountain of revenue for the Lakers and that's what they are actually paying him for.

Because they've ignored the rest of the eastern conference this year with the exception of NYC being a joke, d rose being made of toilet paper, and the j kid ice water catastrophe.

The Lakers used their amnesty clause on Metta. That's not an option even if they wanted to do that.

this and we wouldnt be able to amnesty a contract that was extended after the lockout even if we still had our amnesty

That's only cause Krause is a cheap bastard and didn't even deserve what he fell into with those guys, MJ should have been getting paid the 35 mill every year instead of his last two.

Salary cap is whatever but that doesn't make it right, doesn't matter how much a player makes off the court, they should be compensated by how much money they generate.

We seeing the same thing in OKC right now, why you think so many billionaires are trying to buy into the league? You get one star and you are set, with this new CBA owners just getting richer.
