Yep. People just overreacting as usual just cuz it was LeBron.
Nah, THIS is being posterized.

THIS is being posterized. not what LeBron did today.
Players who come to mind lately are Hibbert, R. Lopez, Ibaka and Splitter who goes vertically up. There's probably more but it's a dying art defending as a big man. It's become the norm to call defensive fouls on a guy who defends an uncontrolled dunk/layup attempt.the problem with the nba these days is that contesting a dunk will result in a shooting foul 100% of the time unless its no contact all ball which is rare, its much easier to get a charge call so we dont see as many players trying to block shots at the rim as we did in the past and in turn we dont see any posters anymore

Oh yea, because jumping directly OVER a 7 footers head is totally comparable to LeBron jumping by a guy 5" shorter than him and hitting with one leg
so vince carter did posterize that 7ft dude because he didnt jump.............. k
fisher's reaction after falling > that dunkSo this doesn't count to some of you guys. Interesting.
but according to your rules and regulations its still not being posterized.and whats the tier list anyway?? posterized > dunked on > dunked near > layuped on > looked at angry > open jump shot ?
