kinda related but AI's crossover on MJ is one of the most overrated plays in basketball history
Timing, context, bruh.

It would be like Kyrie getting at Bron or KD right now.

Actually, not even, because they've never even SNIFFED DPOY. Sure, his DPOY was a decade prior to that single move, but still, he was in his prime, had plenty of defensive credentials, and... got got.
and with all that being said jordan was still an inch away from recovering and getting a hand on the ball

carrying the ball twice in one play and barely getting a shot off? nothing special about that

I'm a huge fan of neither one, but he got him, man.

C'mon; this is too simple.

He didn't get a championship for it, or presidential immunity, or a harem of supermodel virgins. But he does get credit for being a rookie and getting an all time great for one isolated play; he gets that, man.

^^^ That is for sure the most around-the-back passes I've ever seen in a highlight vid.

Westbrook had surgery on his knee today to reduce swelling. He's out until after the All-Star break.

Russell Westbrook underwent scope surgery on his knee today to address recent swelling. He's expected back post All-Star break. More coming.

Interesting. Probably a smart move for making sure he's healthy down the road. And as great as he is, I don't see OKC falling off that much while he's out. They've been playing really well and I think between KD, Jackson, Lamb, etc. they'll be able make up a lot of what they're losing with Russ out.
