Clippers could sure use a Bledsoe

Nah, I've seent it in pregames a few times already and the Kings posted a few of his dunks on IG over the summer.

Plus McLemore is on my **** list right now....

And let's remember the last 4.5 years he's been mediocre...
Well he's nothing more than a backup at best, so if you're calling him a mediocre backup then so be it, I'd disagree and say your expectations are unrealistic of backup caliber players.

My point was it was pretty crazy to see what Collison did when he and Paul were teammates the first time around.

I'm sure they could, but even if their owner wasn't cheap *** Sterling, they'd still have a tough time affording to pay all those guys. You can only pay so many players, Bledsoe was the odd man out. They had to make a decision but Collison wasn't a terrible consolation.

Charlotte falling off bad...

I mean we were never on, but at least we were in the mix with the 5 and 6 seed, which is nothing but considering where they've been the past few years that was pretty good.

Plus, Bledsoe wanted to start. He wasn't going to re-sign with the Clips just to continue to be CP's understudy. They had to move him before he walked for nothing.

Anthony Davis will be the best PF in the league within 2 years

All the stuff he can do is ridiculous

Interesting stat i saw. since the year 2000, only 7 times (5 different players) has a player averaged 23ppg 11rpg in a season:
Webber and Shaq in 00-01

Duncan in 01-02

Duncan again in 02-03

Shaq in 02-03

Garnett 03-04

Love 11-12

This season, there are 3 (all in the Western conference of course): Aldridge, Cousins, Love

He can be an effective defender without it tho.

See Duncan/KG. He's in a similar build. Plus just look how wide his frame/shoulders are, he will fill out nicely.

Yea his shoulders are broad he'll be able to hold 10-15 more pounds of muscle which will make him even more of a beast,

On AD's size, instead of going the 'bulk up' route, I hope he goes the 'improve on skill' route.

and that's not to say that he doesn't have skill. He's in the mix of the top defenders in the league, and that's already off of skill. Improve on that, it's curtains.

I think he's the best PF in the game right now. There is no 4 in the league that I'd take over him. Dude isn't even remotely close to scratching his potential, and that's scary. If he can sustain his health, dude will go down as one of the all time greats. No joke.

He not the best right now but he will be the best, hes like lebron in 06 while k love & aldridge is kobe in 06
Darth Ska: you make it seem like he can't do both
don't listen to me talk about him; look at him. He's been playing basketball a long time. Do you see a guy who is big and skilled, as long as he's been playing basketball? When I see him step on the court, I see a thin, highly skilled guy. Speaking as a basketball fan, I'm not going to wish for something that he clearly is not. Improve on what he already is, which is skilled.

I agree but with his build he can obviously put on more muscle so why not? He'll continue to improve on his skills, he's only 20 but having more strength will only be an asset to a guy who already has many. Will also help his health in the long term and his post up game

Agreed.

But I'm not him. And you're not him.

He is him, and he is simply not a big guy. Is he not focusing enough? Not doing enough reps? Not eating right? Who cares, who cares, and who cares?

would you take Shaq coming out of LSU, and tell him "Alright, we need you to slim down. We're going to improve your footwork, and change you"?

No. Brute force worked for him, so he improved on that, got even bigger.

AD is who he is, and he has been a skilled, thin player... for a long time. and so far, it has worked for him. He's in the NBA, being who he is.

yes, he could bulk up, and that would improve things. But that's not him, obviously.
