I think either Bledose or Favors wins MIP
I'll throw out some more: Kawhi Leonard, Tobias Harris, Jeff Green, maybe even Isaiah Thomas
the overwhelming majority of MIPs were guys who were bench players the year before, primarily because they usually get a substantial increase in minutes.

that's why I give the edge to Favors or Drummond or even Bledsoe.

Disagree. As much as I hate the Bulls, If that team stays healthy they're a ECF/Finals team.

They don't have a hope or a prayer of beating Miami. They'll beat up on people in the regular season and then fail because playing your starters more than anyone else and relying on one guard to score all your points doesn't work in the playoffs.

How did the Pacers take the Heat to 7 then? They only had 1 guard to score all their points and no clear #2 option. If it wasnt for a freak injury to Rose last year things might have been slightly different. And they really didn't show any signs of wear and tear in the playoffs ever honestly. Team is good enough to beat Miami in 7.

Did you watch the series b? Hibbert was their leading scorer in that series at 22 per game on 56% FG.

Lol

Noah can do what Hibbert did. Deng can score. Ofcourse they need some luck on their side, just like any team does, but time will tell is all can say. We'll see...

Wat

Why not? They constantly ran the PnR with paul george and hibbert just catching the ball when lobbed to him and flipping it at the basket over Bosh and Joel. You telling me Noah cant run the PnR, catch the ball over Bosh, and do a hook shot 1 foot away from the basket? Most centers have a field day offensively against the Heat. Noah is not Larry Sanders.

I don't even see how that is true about the Pacers at all. You are saying they rely on Paul George for all their scoring?

Also Rose just straight up isn't as good as you Bulls fans think he is. It's that simple.

He's obviously a great player , but most of you are just delusional.

Thats normal. Any core fan is very optimistic. Same goes with lakers fans about kobe.
I think both players might not repeat their prime performance. Kobe because is already 35 and he suffered a season ending injury.
Rose had a season ending injury that made him skip more than 1 season.
I dont know how serious his injury was conpared to mjs foot injury in his second nba season.
Bur some players come back stronger than they were.
But somehow i think rose might take longer to find his old self. Though there is still the bad luck of chance that he wont have the same explosivity from his past. Lets just hope that rose and kobe can play a good season with their team.
