star players will always go where they think they will be the most successful and make the most money. For dwight it happened to be the rockets, for love the lakers are looking like a good option for him. The going to ucla thing is just a tiny factor that may play a role but obviously wont be a major reason if he were to sign with the lakers

Love's going to LA and waiting for for Rustle to join him in 2017. Or when LMA leaves Portland because there isn't enough black people (his own words, somewhat), Love can go take his spot up there.

I don't want Love to go, but it wouldn't really bother me.
What I'm wondering though, is why everyone just assumes he'll go to the Lakers? They suck now. It'd be different if they were a piece or two from getting back to the Finals, but they're not.

Love isnt touching LA unless hes 100% positive an elite player in his prime is coming to join him, russ isnt leaving durant & vice versa, the only player i see going to LA is klay

Love, Westbrook and Lebron will be a nice start to bringing back the Lakers. Remember they don't rebuild, they reload.
I hope Love goes to a team and starts winning. He's close to being labeled a loser. I've never been one to think that a player is a "winner" or "loser" but I can see the skip baylesses on here saying he can't win and never will win.
