I know Dwight's post game is limited but you can only shoot so many 3s

. Do the Rockets run any P&Rs? Nothing to get a simple open shot at the rim? No backdoor cuts? Just basic stuff.
Mchale's an inept coach. No offensive sets whatsoever. Rick Adelman would be nice

the only way rockets land another star is if they throw in chandlers attractive contract with lin/asik

I agree.. Terrence Jones is a good trade bait as well for his contract.

Don't understand why Shaq has it in for Dwight so much, he's not even close to the force prime Diesel was

**** is like MJ hating Vince Carter or something
Part of it is that Shaq thinks Dwight ripped off the Superman thing from him. But he needs to let that go already.
Thinks? He absolutely did rip that from Shaq Diesel lol. Dude wasn't even out of the NBA yet before he swiped that moniker. It was kind of an insult imo and now that he's not living up to the name Shaq is returning the favor. It's petty of Shaq but I get it.

As much as I love McHale as a player/guy, he's not a good coach. Bad rotations, no offensive creativity and hasn't really done much with the defense either. He's in a Scott Brooks esque situation where his GM/roster is so good that he succeeds regardless but he couldn't go coach the Suns like Hornacek and be successful.

Why Giannis pinky longer than my middle finger though? Son could palm a medicine ball

i heard some reporter tombout giannis other body part on the radio :x
lets just say he has another career (pause?)

+1

Not to antagonize the situation any further,

but I was seriously wondering where Lin was tonight.

I did notice that once Russ was out in the playoffs, Lin "miraculously" felt well enough to play.

Thought that was peculiar.

Julius F. Wrek

Brooks was more productive for awhile, so he got more time than Lin. The conspiracy thread is in General
Brooks was playing really terribly in the second half though. He was chucking up bricks and turning it over, yet McHale left him in as Houston's lead continued to get smaller and smaller. I thought he should have gone to Lin earlier to inject some offense

Key words, in the second half. McHale keeps Lin on a short leash, as you saw he was quickly taken out the opening minutes if the game, with Brooks playing very well early on. But you're definitely right about part, McHale didn't go back to him soon enough, along with waiting too long to put Dwight back in. That's McHale in a nutshell, slow to make adjustments, and only making the logical decisions when he feels desperation (hardly).
Honestly McHale is a worse coach than Scott Brooks, that was clear last night. And Brooks is basically the Mendoza line of bad NBA coaches so that's saying something

The best comparison I heard for Giannis is 'a more athletic Batum x Kirilenko'.. and prime AK47 was an All-Star and First team All-Defense so, if he can reach that level he'll be pretty damn good

Some of the specific plays he makes are crazy. Like he'll show flashes where you're like "Damn, how many 6'10-6'11 players in the league can do that"

The potential.. he has better handles/athleticism/passing than KD at 18. He definitely won't be a better scorer or half court player, but he could be a better transition player, defender, and playmaker.

Yea I figured it was sarcastic, my reply was supposed to be like a complement to the adidas omment.

"Adidas jerseys are getting better..." said nobody ever

Either way, I'm glad we can agree that Adidas handling jerseys just sucks

What were you guys expecting out that jersey? For it to look drastically different than the rest of the home jerseys in the league?
