Mike Woodson is a joke. The lineups and rotations he goes with are embarrassing. Guy doesn't make adjustments or anything. I would love to sit in on a practice one day and see what he even says.

:Lol.

Francisco Garcia ordering Greg Smith to do push ups cause of a lost bet. I thought the sound clip was a voice over, but it actually isn't. Dude is scary, lol.

I really thought Irving understood winning basketball far better than he does.
To be fair most players drafted as first option don't learn how to play winning basketball after 5+ years. He's pretty much going through the same slump Wall did but if you look at Wall now he's eatin'. Irving will come through too by the time he gets that first big contract.

It seems like MLK Day has lost its purpose in the NBA. I remember when Memphis use to be the main showcase on MLK Day and now its turning into another way for the NBA to show the bigger markets. The only teams that should be featured at home during primetime hours for MLK Day is Memphis and Atlanta. Obviously, MLK's legacy is on full display in both of these cities. I just think its kinda silly to put Memphis on NBATV and most people will not be able to see the halftime and some of the important things about the actually day itself.

They put Memphis on NBATV, the Miami/ATL game not even on TV. I guess its all about the money and less about the legacy.

The Knicks are pathetic

Really

Crazy how much folks have jumped off the bandwagon for the most part. He was pretty much the most talked about young player last year/coming into this season but he hasn't gotten better at all. Granted the Cavs suck and Mike Brown is a horrible offense coach but still he just hasn't played well from an individual standpoint

Man I said the same thing today, today is the one day out of the year that the Atlanta Hawks deserve to be on national TV and they just took it away from them and Memphis. I guess it doesnt make a real difference either way, its not like watching basketball is a good form of remembrance, but I didnt expect the scheduling to end up the way it did.

 I'm loving it.

I actually like Kyrie but I'm glad this season has bought this board back down to Earth about him. I would pull a DSK and quote dudes from before the season but I'll wait.

Have you guys ever stopped to consider that maybe they aren't showcasing the hawks out of respect for MLK and the civil rights movement?

Kyrie showed his killer instinct today. He was on fire and he got a ton of help from his sidekick Dion Waiters and fellow #1 pick Anthony Bennett combining for an amazing 0 points.

Deng had 20 on 8 shots.
Varejao had 18 and 21 boards
TT with 19 and 10

and we lose.

AWESOME!!!!

How would it be disrespectful by showcasing Memphis and Atlanta on MLK Day?

Today should not be about watching the most marketable teams. The NBA make their schedule out for the entire season to show the big markets. The one day where they should market the two cities where MLK's legacy still remains just doesn't make sense to me. When the Grizz first came to Memphis, they were putting Memphis on National TV every year and I think they switched it up beginning with last season.
