@AntiDope

How is it legitimate if it is a fine-able offense?

I don't remember the Bulls being this hated prior to Rose getting injured. What in the hell happened? :lol:

I dont even know if I could call those fines a result of a rule violation, but rather to combat the fan outrage. Can they really find some way within the rules to disallow flopping? Probably not, its too dependent on On-the-Spot interpretation from the reps, so this was the next best alternative.

It falls under the same umbrella of a technical foul to me, not necessarily a basketball rule violation, but just unsportsmanlike.

You guys are confusing me saying its legitimate with me condoning it. At the end of the day dudes are playing "within the rules" to try and win basketball games, with so much on the line you do what you have do. Just like Hack -A-Shaq was a legitimate basketball play, flopping is a legitimate basketball play. That is until the rules are changed.
hack a shaq penalized the opposing team as a foul. you dont get penalized from flopping until after the game

u no dis maaaaan

Real Bulls' fans....myself, CC, Cake, Ant. newbs, Amel, Cato, ILL etc.... we dont talk trash, we dont predict grandeur for our club just because it's our club. So i dont know why talking trash about the Bulls is the "cool" thing to do now. I bet you no one in the galaxy hates the Heat more than I do, but i dont go spewing stupid comments about them every second., I know they're great, and Bron is a beast. I keep **** civil until people wanna disrespect. I work 5a-1:30pm so i got alllllllllday to talk if thats what clowns wanna do!!!

lets go!!!

Yeah so its basically a technical foul now. Unsportsmanlike? Yeah. An action thats not within the confines of playing the game? No.

Flopping is not in the same league as traveling is all I'm saying. I am not advocating flopping, but rather I understand why it happens and why it will continue to happen until a real penalty is levied against it. These fines are not substantial.

Then stop calling it a Legitimate Basketball Play :lol:

That infers that you are indeed condoning it. As if it's something that should be done more frequently or shouldn't be frowned upon.

Fair enough.

Back to random Bulls slander.

The man's a multi-millionaire. He doesnt need saving. I'm in the business of fact telling, not attention chasing. I love my team, but i dont go off spitting ridiculously stupid comments.

Dudes wanted Rose to comeback ASAP and look like the current RG-3, a** juice, instead of waiting to comeback until he felt comfortable an take his team to the finals, caring waaaay too much about another man's actions.

Horrible, more time machine commericals please.

Well, I wouldn't say horrible, but not nearly as good as the time machine commercials. The Griffin Force thing is not a terrible idea, but seems like they could have done more with it. Why bother hiring Jack McBrayer for the commercial and then not really have him do anything?
