I would'nt say he is trash, but he lacks basketball IQ.

Alright we will see when next season comes, but thus farm he has been the better player of the 3.
You're usually too extreme, but I gotta agree in regards to Shump. Tim Hardaway has looked much better than both, but lets see as time progresses.

He looks better because he's literally only being asked to Knock down open jumpers, fill the lane, and get whatever else is tossed his way.

JR has been horrible this year, but he's being asked to be the Knicks 2nd best player. Do you honestly think if THJR was the Knicks 2nd best player RIGHT NOW, that he would look any better than JR does now?

I am not saying that I don't see THJR has eventually being better, as soon as next season even. But right now? No. Maybe Shump. But shump isn't an offensive player so I don't think that's a fair comparison IMO.

All I'm saying is before we anoint Tim has essentially the Knicks 2nd best player, allow him to showcase himself in a bigger role. He's looked Great thus far though. I've always felt like he was going to be an awesome pro.

don't get me wrong, we haven't done a good job finishing at the rim. i'm speaking more to how difficult they make it on themselves to get good looks. usually with ball movement and screens you can get open looks just from having defenders have to help because of offensive movement. you have to put pressure on a defense by making them move and make decisions. can't just run PnR in the half court every possession.

no downscreens on the baseline to get dwight a quicker look on the block is one of my biggest issue. the dwight post up plays are so obvious. mix it up a little

Shump is better than Tim. His problem is coaching. Shump will shine with any other coach. Woodson and Shump hate each other. His defense is good but can be much better.

I like Tim's game but he can't play D or rebound. Great shooter and in happy with that pick.
