But Davis has a higher PER than Cousins does. So if Cousins should replace anyone on the All Star team, it definitely isn't AD.

Davis is averaging 20/10 and leading the league in blocks, he's getting it done on both ends. Cousins can't really say the same right now. He definitely did outperform Davis head-to-head, I remember watching some of that game. Andre Drummond got the best of Davis too (he had 20/20 on him I think). One game doesn't mean anything though. All-Star rewards you for your overall season, and imo Davis is having a better season than Cousins when you consider all-around play.

Also, the current Kings roster is better than the current Pelicans roster (because of all their injuries), and they're in the same conference. If Boogie's team at least had a better record than AD's team he would have an argument, but that's not the case
I was using the Cousins PER thing as an example for why i shouldn't be called a homer when im saying Cuz should be an All-Star, not for a reason he should make it over AD. Remember I said when the reserves were originally announced that i thought Davis and Cousins should have both been in there.

as for the Kings having a better team, idk about that, did you see how bad they were when Cousins was out with the ankle injury? they were horrible, they went 0-7 and played no defense. He's been back for 2 games, one was a 30pt beatdown on Chicago and the other was a blowout (untill the last 6 mins) against the Raptors.

Didn't realize Lillard was in five events for the All Star

Dame more busy in 2014 than Kevin Hart.

Lets be honest Lillard can cruise through the skills comp and 3 pt comp with ease. The dunk contest will be interesting but most likely he'll be a 1st round exit.

He did it so he could be the first. :pimp:

i did the math on it for fun, The pelicans went 4-4 without Davis this year, the Kings went 0-7 without Cousins. 0-8 if you count the Houston game where he got hurt and left after 9 mins.

i'm not saying i'd do it, partly because parsons might be my favorite player on this team, but i think people are overstating the lack of ball movement with harden. he's not a ballhog, but he does have a tendency to over isolate. but that's mostly because a lack of a functional offense with sets. we resort more to a motion offense that if it breaks down ends in isolation or PnR.

i'd equate it to melo playing on team USA, and just being a catch shooter, and scorer. it would actually take a whole lot of pressure off of dwight and harden

I thought u were opposed to getting melo before my man?

I'm more open to the idea than I was before. Not advocating that we should do it, just saying I wouldn't dismiss it like I once would.

Harden Melo Howard would be a very explosive offense. I'm not as concerned as others about ball movement among the 3. My biggest concern would be can harden and Melo commit to playing defense and we'd still have a poor bench.

Knicks won't trade him.

-You're not getting anything for him because of that expiring contract.
-You're giving up on him resigning.

Respect to Paul George for not ducking that question in the interview and answering it like a man.
