Was for a roster spot, wonder who they have in mind.
Maybe Caron Butler when he gets bought out by the Bucks.

ruh roh.

caron is prolly washed up.

still need another big for indy imo.

Seriously  how is Spencer any different than what Zeller brings to the table.

Just so happy Earl Clark is gone. Dude is atrocious in every way  THANK GOD.

Speaking of Zeller ...

Brian Windhorst ‏@WindhorstESPN 20m
The Clippers and Cavs have had discussions on trade involving Reggie Bullock for Tyler Zeller, sources told ESPN

Nothing to get too excited about, but I like it more than the Shumpert deal for the Clippers. And it seems like a reasonable move for the Cavs -- they get a wing shooter who is not Dion Waiters.

Being a Bulls fan,I never get excited about the trade deadline

or free agency...we are the kings of sitting on our hands

Now that I think about it, I can't recall a big named free agent signing with Chicago over the last 10 years - werid since Chicago is considered a big market team.

Boozer was that in 2010 but that was it.

tmac, kobe, wade all passed up on chi. you'd think some star would want to play in chi

Our front office sucks and everybody can't live up to the MJ expectations :smh:

That Peter Vescey dude is always pulling stuff out of his ***. He has no inside source . Making stuff up off of assumptions.

Hawes is a better shooter than Zeller.

The way I see it, this reminds of the Lebron era, trading for any type of part to put around their franchise player so it looks like they're at least trying.

You nailed it bro, spot on.

It's the stupidity of these Eastern Conference garbage teams with the mentality of "Let's try and make the playoffs for some extra revenue only to be embarrassed by Miami or Indy". That's how they justify idiotic trades like this. Want to get help to reach that silly goal instead of either trying to get long term assets or just staying put.

Hearing Howard isn't thrilled by prospects of RR joining HR. Not that he's opposed but not crazy about it. Different attitudes & approaches.
Why would Howard feel that way? Rondo is cutthroat! A Kobe Klone! Howard likes to play around.

The same people saying this were the exact ones saying Lebron was a loser and didnt want to win when he signed with the Heat.

Hmmm...sounds familiar

No Rondo please.

So you guys just dont want a championship?

No Rondo please.

seriously bro...yall need ronho

lin & asik would prbly get it done & yall could get a pik back

Assume we trade asik and Parsons for Rondo. Now we have no SF abd no back up big men. We then have to trade lin to fill those needs, which we won't be able to do.

Our biggest need is a backup wing player. Dismantling our roster to upgrade a position we're not that weak at just doesn't do it for me

People are also underestimating team chemistry. We have a tight knit roster, adding Rondo just doesn't seem like a good fit for THIS team
