Nah, Knicks Heat should be a good watch. Melo and Bron are both rolling into this game, and most of the times when the Knicks and Heat match up it ends up being a good watch.

I mean, Melo at 32 with a good front office is good to compete for a ring until he's 35, 36. But we don't have a competent front office. We're run by a 10 year old.

Must win for the Wizards tonight if they wanna catch the Raptors for the 3rd spot. It's payback for the Wizards tonight for losing the first 2 games to them this season. Going for 5 strait wins also plus we'll get to see if Drew Gooden will have any impact at all filling in for Nene.

If Melo really wants to win a championship, then he won't stay with the Knicks. It's that simple.
If you believe (and I do) that Melo is at a point where he wants a ring, he'll be in a Bulls or Miami uniform by the fall.

If Melo goes to MIA then he'll lose all my respect as a top NBA player. Not all rings are created equal. Wade had a ring before the big 3, Bron took over the lead roll winning his 2 and Bosh is a great roll player. Melos ring wouldn't mean as much in MIA if he won there.

I can understand people being mad at Melo for bolting from NY when is part of the reason why there is no roster flexibility...
However, I don't understand how he'll all of a sudden be thought of as any less of a player if he goes elsewhere to win a ring. Isn't that the goal of 99% of the guys in the league? To win a championship?
Does his 29ppg, or whatever he's averaging, all of a sudden look like 7ppg due to being on the Heat?
Individually, he can't do it. He either needs a lot of help (which is asking a lot of the Knicks FO) in NY, or he needs to go elsewhere and join up with a TRUE contending team.

One more thing Melo better not even consider coming to DC. Wizards are up and coming and could use his scoring but we don't want that clown. Claiming NY when he's from Bmore. Bmore has more love for KD than that clown and he's from PG County.

Yeah he doesn't really have any other option. But I wouldn't feel surprised if melo stayed and took less to prove a point. Its easy to see the he wanted to end his career in NY but the structure of everything is making that impossible

melo ain't winning no damn ring in ny. the organization is a dysfuncitonal sham. it'll be another 3 years before they can get back on proper track. that's if they do things the right way, but when have they ever done things the right way?
