I feel like the playoff run for the heat will be predicated on their ability to take care of the ball. When they play well against good comp they take really good care of the ball. I notice a lot of live ball turnovers when they lose

Lebron needs to skip upper body day like Dirk, then he'd be able to shoot better in those sleeves

Lebron is supposed to be the best player on the planet right now and he can't adjust to some damn sleeved jerseys??? I know they can be uncomfortable for your average church/intramural league player but c'mon man this is Lebron James we're talking about here. Where's Ja Rule to make sense of this??

OMG. you're not kidding?!?!!!!! Tell me about it.

Jordan would've dropped 60 a game with a hoodie on!!!

Then he would've took you to the golf course and proceeded to hit multiple hole-in-ones in this outfit ..

NBA says the jerseys are selling...but I've never seen anyone actually wearing them.

Got a feeling that these sleeved jerseys will go the way of the ball that Stern tried to tinker with a few years back.

Hope Bron gets players to boycott sleeves.

Never understood how college players wear t-shirts underneath their jerseys, **** is uncomfortable.

RIP to the sleeves. Can't wait untol you end up on clearance and I get get to buy everyone of them.

NBA trippin...I never seen one civilian with a sleeve jersey.

But u gotta admit playing years and years in jerseys then automatically wearing sleeves effs up your rhythm comfort level b

Making sleeved jerseys for fans, fine.

Making players wear em was a dumb idea from jump.

I would never put one of those ugly *** sleeved joints on personally ***** are horrible looking.

So was it the mask that bothered him even though he seemed ok when he dropped 60 or is it the sleeves that he's never complained about before? Because it can't just be that the spurs took a dump on them. Has to be some outside forces :nerd:

Steph complained about the sleeves too iirc, not sure why antidope continued his love for them after that

how come nobody criticized KD for missing though? :rolleyes Or being unable to guard anyone? KD missed his share of shots in crunch time, Ibaka committed a stupid foul on a Morris, Butler played way too many minutes. We were up 16 in the 3rd when Russ sat and blew that lead in under 3 minutes, that's where the game was lost, when Russ sits. I didn't like how KD defended a Dragic/Morris pick and roll either that lead to Dragic hitting a basket that put them up either 4 or 2. For some reason he stayed hugged up on him just effectively making it a double screen for Russ to get hung up on, no idea why you'd defend Morris that way and not space off him so Russ can get through or hedge.

I ain't reading this thread since this post, but the way OKC has given up late leads has to be a concern. I don't know what Brooks can do to shore that up, but they've let even Cleveland come back and beat them, and that was in OKC. Something wrong with that D, even though it measures out as one of the best in the league. Maybe it's Brooks though.

people underrate the impact Perkins and Sefolosha have to our defense, they're giving up like 110ppg in their last 6 games.

the jerseys will come around, particularly if they get better designers. Soccer jerseys are off the charts as far as sales go, and these aren't too far off

Rockets
Today, 11:50
Per Houston Chronicle:
The Rockets brought their ketchup and mustard uniforms on Wednesday in Orlando and by next season, will show off a lot more of the old colors.

The Rockets’ alternate uniforms next season will feature the same red and yellow colors, but with short sleeved tops that the team will likely want to show off more than the five times they have worn the alternate uniforms this season. The Rockets, who will wear the alternates several more times this season, are 1-4 in their red and yellow uniforms this season.

The new alternate uniforms will not be the only change next season, though the other adjustment will be considerably more subtle than wearing sleeves. The cut of the home and road uniforms next season will be more like the current alternate uniforms, allowing for larger openings in the arms. Rockets players have preferred the feel of the alternate uniforms, leading to the change.

“We like them because the arms are more skinny in the tank top instead of the big, bulky arm things,” said forward Chandler Parsons, who as team captain was consulted on the uniform changes. “It makes a tighter fit and makes you feel more free. And I liked the way the sleeves felt. I like tight clothes. So does Dwight (Howard.) I wore a t-shirt under my jersey in college. I like that feeling of having a tight shirt on. It doesn’t restrict your arms.”
