Baseball sucks compared to Basketball in terms of entertainment, athleticism, and actual time where the ball is in play.

You'd be surprised how athletic these guys are who play baseball. Like I said before other then 1st base and pitcher and sometimes 3rd you have to have speed and be athletic to play baseball nowadays. How many highlights a year now do we see of guys jumping over fences and robbing homeruns?

Yeah, that's kind of a misnomer. You look at baseball players and they may look average, but take for example, guys like Mike Trout and Manny Machado, them dudes cover a lot of ground on some plays. I think because baseball players don't have constant athletic motion vs. what a basketball player or football player, people think they just stand there. Usually growing up baseball players play other sports as well also.

I'm not saying there aren't athletic baseball players, look at Mike Trout but from an overall standpoint it's not even close.

Baseball is boring as hell and everything else going on at the game than the actual game. Opening day was packed downtown and I asked like 10 people who won that day and they didn't know. People jus like to be at the ball park, it is fun tho but I can't get into the sport man I always fall asleep

Baseball is boring? I disagree but I can see why you'd think that.

If you grew up playing baseball, and you were good at baseball, you would enjoy watching it. If you didnt, you wont. Its that simple.

Also growing up in a city where baseball is important matters. In Boston, it matters.

I actually think playoff hockey is the most exciting

Playing basketball> today's NBA

I just can't take the constant time outs from whistles and commercials. Those rare times where a playoff game has a great flow are amazingly fun to watch though
