I don't think Randle will be as good as advertised in the NBA. He has T-rex arms, it's been proven how important wingspan is for big men. The only elite big man with a wingspan that short is Blake Griffin, and Randle is no Blake.


If I'm a team with the 8th pick and Randle is gone but Vonleh is still on the board, I'm feeling pretty good about landing Vonleh. He's younger, with better physical tools (as he grows into his frame) and more potential on defense.
